We love all ages!
Children:
On Sundays, for children ages 3 and up, there is Sunday School every week at the 11:00 service. Children join the congregation for the beginning of the service, then, if they want to go to Sunday School, they leave for classes during the songs early in the service -- just follow the other children when they leave! Parents are welcome to go with their kids if they would feel more comfortable. For children under age 3, there is a well-equipped nursery available.
Children's Choirs:
The children sing for us at Christmas and Easter! Under the direction of Stephen Mullin, Friday practices the children will practice for presentation of their repetoire at the worship service at the Nine Lessons and Carols Service during Advent, as well as Easter Sunday. Children with a love to sing are welcome to participate! Please contact Stephen for more information & see you there!
Youth:
On Sundays, before and after the 11:00 service, high school students can hang out in the basement Youth Room (which has air hockey and table tennis.) Each Sunday the youth meet during the service for discussion and prayer with and for one another. The first Sunday of each month is pizza Sunday, and the third Sunday of the month, we all meet after church and go out together. Youth are also offered the opportunity to assist the younger members of the Sunday School one Sunday a month in their classes. Periodically they join other youth groups for various activities, or initiate their own fundraising activities for those in need locally, nationally or internationally. Our youth ministry leader is Erin Kennedy.
