For the marriage registration form (as issued by the Anglican Diocese of Montreal), click here (MS Word).  Please note!  These forms MUST be completed by the officiant of your ceremony and submitted to the administration of St. Peter's Church for record-keeping purposes. 

In addition, for outside rentals, insurance is now required, which represents an added fee.  Please click the form in English or French, complete and send along with the separate cheque to the parish office.
