Please note! These above forms MUST be completed by the officiant of your ceremony and submitted to the administration of St. Peter's Church for record-keeping purposes.
Additional Fees:
For outside rentals, insurance is now required, which represents an added fee. Please click the form in English or French, complete and send along with the separate cheque to the parish office.
Should you require the use of our sound system, we require you use our in-house sound technician. An additional fee of $75 is required in this case, covering presence at both rehearsal and ceremony.
